I design every workout to be efficient, intense, and motivating, using:

  • High-intensity intervals on rowers, air bikes, treadmills, burpees, and ski ergs

  • Performance challenges based on calorie burn or distance goals, and make you beat your Personal Bests every week.

  • Targeted heart rate training, from 80bpm to 170–180bpm within just a few minutes

  • Customized sessions: short and intense, or longer and steady for recovery days
