As a two-time national champion of France in the decathlon, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and over a decade of elite-level coaching experience, I bring a unique level of athleticism, precision, and performance coaching to every client I train. I specialize in coaching highly successful men over 35 in New York City, CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, celebrities, and even royalty, helping them achieve peak physical condition and long-term health through a mix of fitness, longevity, and biohacking strategies.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and CrossFit are essential tools I use to push my clients beyond their limits, develop full-body conditioning, and learn many new skills and techniques.
I first discovered CrossFit and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) in 2014 while completing an internship in a CrossFit gym in Toronto, Canada, as part of my Exercise Science Bachelors degree. As someone obsessed with mastering new skills, I found CrossFit to be a perfect system: gymnastics, calisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, rowing, assault bikes, and intense metabolic conditioning.
Later, I became a Certified CrossFit Judge, which set my standards for proper form, full range of motion, and it taught me that partial reps and poor form don’t count. My clients are coached with strict attention to full range of motion (except if we are working on specific exercises with shorter ranges) and standardized technique to track progress effectively over the months.
How I incorporate CrossFit and HIIT in Client Programs:
While CrossFit and HIIT are powerful tools for fitness transformations, I don’t believe in overusing them. These sessions are strategically included a few times per month, not several times per week—as part of a comprehensive training program that also includes strength training, stretching, core/Abs, running, and recovery protocols.
