What makes my coaching unique is that I combine fitness with biohacking and longevity consulting. I work closely with Dr. Kuo, founder of Extension Health, one of New York’s leading longevity clinics. Together, we help clients improve hormonal balance, reduce inflammation, optimize key biomarkers, and extend their health span through personalized, science-based strategies.
I’ve spoken at health and longevity conferences alongside researchers and physicians, and I apply the same advanced principles to every client I train.
