I’ve spoken at several longevity conferences and am recognized in the field of age optimization.

I also hold the New York State bench press record (drug-tested), a title I earned in 2024. I’ve competed at the highest level as a lifetime natural athlete, and I bring that discipline and integrity to every client I coach. This is not just about fitness.
