This athletic background shapes how I coach and allows me to guide you through every phase of your transformation.
Your sessions will include functional strength training, core work, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and mobility training, and recovery protocols. We train in your apartment gym, rooftop, private residence, or even outdoors near East River Park or Grand Street if you prefer.
What makes my coaching different is that I go far beyond fitness. I also specialize in biohacking and longevity consulting, helping you not just look better, but function better at the cellular level. I collaborate with Dr. Kuo, one of New York’s leading longevity doctors and the founder of Extension Health. Together, we align your fitness routine with cutting-edge health strategies to reduce inflammation, optimize hormones, and enhance energy and cognitive performance.
In 2024, I tied the New York State bench press record, competing in a drug-tested event. I am a lifetime natural athlete, and I’ve been featured in Sports Illustrated, Business Insider, and DailyMail for my results-based approach and high-level expertise.
