But I go beyond just training. I also incorporate biohacking and longevity protocols into my coaching. I work with Dr. Kuo, founder of Extension Health, one of NYC’s most advanced longevity clinics. Together, we help clients reduce biological age, improve inflammation levels, balance hormones, and increase overall performance—not just in the gym, but in business, relationships, and life.
