With a background as a world-class decathlete, I bring a training method that is well-rounded and based on real athletic science. I also hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, which gives me the academic foundation to design safe and effective programs for men navigating stress, aging, and busy careers.

What sets me apart is my integration of longevity and biohacking coaching into each fitness plan. I work closely with Dr. Kuo, founder of Extension Health and one of New York’s top longevity doctors. Together, we help clients reduce inflammation, restore energy, improve hormone balance, and increase health span using personalized data and modern science.

In 2024, I tied the New York State bench press record as a lifetime natural athlete. I have been featured in Sports Illustrated, Business Insider, and DailyMail, and I maintain a 5-star reputation for professionalism and performance.
