As a former two-time national decathlon champion of France, I’ve trained across all ten athletic disciplines. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science, and my sessions combine functional strength, mobility, posture correction, cardio conditioning, and recovery optimization. I have spoken on stage at longevity events with top doctors and scientists, and in 2024, I tied the New York State bench press record as a fully drug-tested, lifetime natural athlete. My work has been featured in Sports Illustrated, Business Insider, and DailyMail, and I’ve built a 5-star reputation based on consistency, professionalism, and outcomes.
