Since 2015, I’ve helped over 500 clients in New York City lose weight, build lean muscle naturally, and transform their bodies and health permanently. My coaching goes far beyond just telling you to "eat less and move more." I take a holistic, science-based approach that looks at every aspect of your lifestyle in order to control every pieces of the puzzle.

My Approach to Weight Loss:

True transformation happens when we optimize four key areas.

  1. Lifestyle:
    I start by understanding your daily habits, stress levels, job demands, and sleep quality. These factors affect your metabolism, cortisol levels (bad stress hormone), cravings, and energy levels. We’ll recalibrate your routine to support consistent fat loss and recovery.

  2. Training:
    Our workouts will combine:

    • High-intensity cardio to elevate your heart rate above 170bpm, burn fat, and improve cardiovascular health

    • Stretching and mobility work to protect your joints and improve posture

    • Strength training to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and tone your physique

  3. Nutrition:
    I’ll help you create a realistic and sustainable diet plan:

    • Caloric deficit without starvation

    • Cut back on sugar, white carbs, alcohol, and processed foods

    • Increase lean protein, fiber, and organic whole foods

    • Finding delicious and healthy alternatives to your bad diet habits

  4. Supplementation & Recovery:
    We’ll discuss natural supplements to reduce inflammation, fill nutrient gaps, and enhance recovery. We’ll also address the importance of rest, sleep hygiene, and recovery protocols that I have been doing since I was a high level athletes (sauna, hammam, ice bath, massages, naps, oxygen chamber, IV drips, physical therapy,...).
