Premium Personal Training For Men in New York City
Personal Trainer in Court Square, Long Island City
Me and my team of affordable certified Personal Trainers also travel all around Manhattan to meet our clients. We want to make it convenient for you and have access to private gyms almost everywhere.

Court Square is full of men who are very good at their job and have let their body slide. They moved here for the one-stop commute to Midtown, they live high up in Skyline Tower or The Hayden or The Forge, and somewhere in the last five years the training stopped. I fix that. It's most of what I do.
I come to you, your building gym, your apartment, the waterfront by Gantry Plaza when the weather is good. Not because it's a nice perk, but because the commute to a public gym is the excuse that ends most men's training. Take away the excuse and you show up. No crowds, no waiting for a rack, no membership you stop using by March.
I'm Alex Folacci. I competed internationally in the decathlon, ten events, so I understand the whole body, not one bench press, and I've trained men in New York full-time for about a decade. I don't do motivational speeches and I don't count your reps while looking at my phone. I build a program for your body and your schedule, I hold you to it, and you get results. If you want someone to go easy on you, I'm not the right trainer. The longer version of my background is here, and my team covers the hours I can't.
Most men in Court Square come to me for one of these:
-
Fat loss, without living in the gym. Short, hard, efficient. Weight-loss coaching
-
Real strength, and undoing what a desk does to you. Strength & conditioning
-
Being 40 and not feeling it, energy, sleep, body composition. Coaching for men over 35
-
A specific goal, a race, a lift, a sport. All specialties
Here's where I'm not like the rest. Most trainers in this city are rep-counters. I work directly with Dr. Kuo at Extension Health, one of New York's top longevity clinics, so we don't just chase the scale — we look at your bloodwork, your recovery, your inflammation, the markers that actually tell you how you're aging. Longevity and biohacking
For the record: lifetime drug-tested, tied the New York State bench press record in 2024, written up in Sports Illustrated, the Daily Mail, and Business Insider. But don't take my word, look at the transformations and the reviews.
If you're near One Court Square, Jackson Avenue, or MoMA PS1 and you're done wasting time, see pricing and the quiz and text me. Don't call, too much spam, I won't pick up.
